This LS Truck Intake PCV Plug is designed to replace the 90-degree twist-lock PCV fitting found on the top of LS truck-style intake manifolds. Precision-machined to OE specifications, this plug installs directly in the factory location—no need for caps or improvised block-offs. Whether you’re simplifying your PCV system or running a custom crankcase ventilation setup, this plug provides a clean, professional solution.

Replaces the factory 90° PCV fitting on top of some LS truck intake manifolds

Designed to fit OE twist-lock style ports with a leak-free seal

Perfect for custom PCV deletes or simplified crankcase ventilation setups

Made in Wichita, Kansas from aerospace-grade, USA-produced billet aluminum

Includes 1 PCV plug and O-ring seal

Note: Not all LS truck intake manifolds use the twist-lock style PCV fitting. Please check your intake before purchasing. This plug is verified to fit GM intake part number 25383922.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
