The HC&D Carbon Series II anti-roll bar  is very stiff and light.  On average, weight reduction over similar steel versions is around 66% weight savings.  

Design Features: 

*Lobed engagement pattern consisting of 8 lobes.  The lobe quantity at an even number provide symmetry from left to the right side of the arms/spindle profile making them interchangeable.

*Added material to the center portion of the arm I beam structure.

*Upgraded clamp retention bolt to a 12 point grade 9 bolt. 

*7075 arm material vs 6061

In our research and development, we believe the new lobe design is superior to the splined for several reasons:

• If an arm were to be damaged, you can replace the arms without having purchasing the entire bar kit. 


• Lobed engagement affords more contact engagement on the surface area depth providing the arm added strength where the leverage force is highest.


• Lobed profile allows for precision when machining and consistency with final fit and finish.


• Precise quality control with a perfect fit for the arm lobed profile to the spindle lobed profile.
