All heads are disassembled and inspected then treated to a chemical dip to prepare them for porting and machining. All of our intake and exhuast (where applicable) porting is done by hand. Flow-bench testing is available upon request (additional charge). he intake ports have an incredible textured finish to help with atomization of the fuel. We have found that by doing this textured finish, we see big gains in horsepower. The exhaust ports on the otherhand are finished to a polished like smoothness to help evacuate the exhaust gases.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
