2011-2016 FORD 6.7L POWERSTROKE (CREW CAB, SHORT BED)

Increase the fuel capacity of your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Crew Cab Short Bed from a wimpy 26 gallons to a whopping 56 gallons with the S&B Tanks 10-1000 56 Gallon Midship Replacement Fuel Tank. S&B may not be the first to produce a large capacity replacement fuel tank, but they have certainly taken them to the next level! Taking fit and function into consideration, S&B contours the tank in way that allows for the driveshaft to travel its full range without any obstruction or possibility of rubbing. A front cradle mount is used as opposed to a typical strap which is more reliable in off road situations. Increasing the size of your fuel tank means more fuel sloshing around, so S&B adds internal baffles midway through the tank which helps prevent sloshing.

Gone are the days of cutting a hole in the bottom of your tank for adding a sump kit. S&B integrates a sump right into the tank. Just drill and tap a 5/8" hole at the location and you're ready to plumb right into your fuel system. Fittings are included which follow the channel in the tank. There's no need for special tools or modifications to mount your factory sending unit either, just drop it right in following the factory procedures. Both the vent and rollover vent are made from brass as well as the transfer pump fitting which gives you the ability to draw fuel directly from the tank instead of putting an additional fuel tank in the bed (transfer pump coming soon). WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
