  Constructed from high-grade molded polymer plastic, this cold air intake surpasses aluminum counterparts by providing a superior thermal barrier, resulting in cooler intake air temperatures and improved engine performance. The kit features a 3.5-inch internal diameter lower tube and a tapered upper tube, ensuring a seamless connection to the factory throttle body via a high-quality silicone connector. 
  
  
  
  
  For those with Skunk2 throttle bodies or similar, a larger diameter connector is available separately.
  Designed for versatility, the two-piece construction includes a MAF sensor adapter for factory ECU compatibility and a smooth transition coupler for setups without MAF sensors. Skunk2's innovative design places the air filter in a downward-facing position, offering an additional 2 inches of ground clearance compared to other designs and significantly reducing water intake risk during wet conditions.
  The comprehensive kit includes relocation hardware for the battery, ECU, fuse box, and cooling system reservoir tank, alongside premium stainless steel clamps and mounting hardware. Unique to Skunk2, this design allows for the retention of the OEM battery, enhancing convenience and fitment. A specially shaped silicone upper radiator hose is also part of the package, ensuring ample clearance and proper fitment.
