Meziere Idler Plate Assembly for Honda B Series Engines

If you are looking to run an electric water pump you need this to eliminate the OEM water pump.

We can offer them in both 19 tooth and 22 tooth options.

You want to match the idler pulley tooth count to the timing belt you are using:

B Series VTEC (B18c, B16) with B Series VTEC Timing Belt - use the 22 tooth

LS/VTEC, B20/VTEC using the B Series VTEC Timing Belt - use the 22 tooth

B18a/b, B20b/z Non VTEC using the Non VTEC Timing Belt - use the 19 tooth

LS/VTEC, B20/VTEC using the Non VTEC Timing Belt - use the 19 tooth.

Custom cooling systems can present their own set of problems. If you are designing a system around a water pump that is not in the factory location, you may need an idler to take the place of the original equipment.

This water pump eliminator / idler plate features:

Fits Honda 1.6 and 1.7 B series engines . Also fits 1.8 and 2.0

Allows you to run the factory timing belt without water pump drag.

Suitable for street or drag strip use – 3000+ hour life expectancy.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
